Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Manager for a growing automotive team. We are seeking a talented individual with at least 2 years’ Sales Management experience, with an emphasis in used car sales, and a background in Finance. This vital role will lead a group of over 6 sales staff and is responsible to meet monthly sales objectives. Someone with exceptional customer service skills is a must.

We have an urban garden that we all work and share from right here at the dealership. We also are involved in the community by supporting the Montgomery Area Food Bank, Montgomery Humane Society, education, and various other important causes locally in Montgomery. Responsibilities

· Ensure highest customer survey scores on a daily basis

· Build and maintain product knowledge for sales team

· Maintain correct website inventory and vehicle information

· Ability to mentor sales staff to achieve goals

Job Requirements

· Sales Management – 2 Years

· Background in Finance/Used Cars

· Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
